Palo Alto Networks at Google Cloud Next

While keeping in mind the show rules and regulations, we complied by modifying the existing hanging sign and reconfiguring the floorplan. The overall objective of the space was to create a steady flow of traffic and attract attendees equally to the theater as well as the demo stations. This project showcased new client branding.

A major highlight of this space was the utilization of a custom-built multi-player Drone Game Activation. The Palo Alto Drone Game allows attendees to race their product-themed drone through a cyber world, eliminating threats along the way. Players controlled the motion of their drone by utilizing existing functions of their cell phones. Not only did this game provide a great source of attendee engagement, but it was also educational. A brief product introduction was shown to users as they selected their drone. Another highlight of this booth was the use of unique seating in this space – we used corrugated cardboard benches that matched client branding.

ServiceNow at HIMSS

The client was looking for an interactive way to use the backwall of this booth to drive more traffic, inviting attendees into the space and to the product demos.

We created an engaging experience for attendees with a custom survey wall.  Attendees placed a branded ping pong ball in the applicable acrylic bin based on the solution they were looking for from ServiceNow.  This gave real-time data of what topics attendees were most interested in.  It also created a personal engagement opportunity where a ServiceNow team member then led the attendee to the appropriate product demo for a deep dive into the solution offered.

Palo Alto Networks at AWS re:Invent

The primary objective for this booth was to attract a range of attendees, ensure a smooth flow of traffic, and appear as a leader in the industry. Our client sought to onboard new customers, expand attendee’s knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, and to educate existing customers on additional products and offerings. To achieve this, we designed an open floorplan with clear sightlines, facilitating easy movement and engagement within the space.

The main feature of this booth was its captivating luminescence from both overhead lighting and 3 large LED towers. Utilizing individual LED tubes, we created an undulating “wave pattern” overhead. These dynamic lights transitioned colors and were spotlighted for rotating “brand takeovers”. Complementing this, color-coded demo stations in each corner glowed with halo downlighting and themed edge lighting.

Additionally, we designed a dedicated theater area for live presentations and auxiliary conversations. Lastly, we showcased new dimensional, backlit overhead logos which faced outwards on all sides above the booth, adding a striking finishing touch to the space!

Kenvue at AAD

Kenvue had a challenge, as most dermatologists knew them by the J&J brand. At the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) Annual Meeting they had to introduce the Kenvue name, without taking away from brands that dermatologists rely on. This space lead with their key brands such as Neutrogena, Aveeno, NEOSTRATA, Lubriderm, and Rogaine, enabling each to showcase its unique brand/products while maintaining a cohesive presentation and always grounded in science.

This 80’x110’ space highlighted a 20’ tall, curved LED screen that allowed Kenvue and its brands to tell a story while doubling as a theater presentation for educational sessions. Neutrogena and Aveeno highlighted brand themed photo opportunities that attracted social media bloggers and influencers to share out to their followers.

In addition, the booth featured product displays and sampling, an influencer pod, and (2) amazing bags, stuffed with full-size products that were awarded to all that participated in the necessary stops along with journey. This journey was guided by a passport system that allowed Kenvue to capture key information on their customers.

PepsiCo at CinemaCon

The PepsiCo team wanted their 16’x40’ booth at CinemaCon to be more experiential than ever before.

Early on in the planning, the goal was set to create a booth space that not only showed PepsiCo’s capabilities in the theater space, but also incorporated an in-booth element for attendees to interact with during the show.

Featuring bold branding, and playful graphics, the PepsiCo booth wowed the show’s attendees. The booth featured a larger-than-life photo set, consisting of a massive popcorn bucket attendees could stand inside, and a 3D cup that jumped right off the wall!

This themed photo opportunity, paired perfectly with the PepsiCo FoodService equipment and displays to create an inviting and engaging booth.

Tropicana Brands Group at NACS

In their first year exhibiting at The NACS Show, Tropicana Brands Group aimed to create a space that would draw attendees in to learn more about their extensive portfolio of chilled and fresh beverage brands. This playful 20’x20’ booth created a bright and inviting space for attendees to learn more about the different featured brands, speak with subject matter experts, and sample new beverage flavors.

In addition to providing clear brand identification, the large hanging sign featured a unique canopy detail to make attendees within the booth feel as if they were looking up at a canopy of trees. Two tree-shaped floating product displays created a one-of-a-kind way to showcase Tropicana Brand Group’s products and brought the freshness of the fruit orchard right to the show floor.

To introduce an additional overhead element, yellow felt louvers added texture and motion above the booth’s interior.

The booth’s elements were complimented with a 136.9″ Tall x 156.4″ Wide LED video wall that displayed dynamic content and product information throughout the duration of the show.

PepsiCo at the National Restaurant Show

For the 2023 National Restaurant Association Show, PepsiCo wanted to show up bigger and better than ever with a presence that not only “wowed” attendees but also introduced their new Pepsi logo and branding. These efforts culminated in a design that was unlike anything they have done before- featuring dark colors, bold graphics and unique digital components and accents to bring the space to life.

The largest element of this new booth was a massive 30ft. diameter hanging sign that acted as a beacon above the PepsiCo booth. This hanging sign featured bold colors, pulsating graphics, and a floating disc to emphasize the new logo and branding.

At floor level, one of the main focal points of this booth space was a large “L-Shaped” LED screen that featured dynamic looping content consisting of Pepsi, Frito Lay and Quaker product videos. This unique and eye-catching element drew attention from the show’s audience and became the backdrop for attendee photos and videos.

These dramatic elements were tied together with seamless fabric wall graphics, custom-built cabinetry and bold structural accents to create a one-of-a-kind booth experience.  This booth quickly became one of the most talked about booths on the show floor and maintained steady foot traffic throughout the duration of the show.

Palo Alto Networks

The Challenges: Palo Alto Networks set a goal of creating a space where they could engage, inspire, and educate through impactful experiences to position themselves as THE cybersecurity partner of choice.

The Solution: This sleek and modern booth featured bright colors and bold graphics to playfully invite attendees into the space. Each of Palo Alto’s products had their own dedicated demo station, called out with their four main brand colors. The booth also featured a large theater space for larger group presentations, and an inviting welcome desk area.

Digital Drone Racing: Another unique element within this booth was an interactive drone game we developed to showcase Palo Alto’s products in a fun and interesting way. This game utilized attendee’s mobile devices to control their drone and the race was displayed on the large screen within the booth. Each drone was modeled and named after a Palo Alto Network’s product and players raced through the course battling various cyber threats.

GatherRING Together at Enterprise Connect

The Challenges: At Enterprise Connect, RingCentral hoped to create a set of innovative and exciting spaces where they could connect with their clients. They aimed to create a new booth space to show off their new branding, including new videos and imagery, and to generate buzz about their offerings.

Each of these areas drove traffic to one another with the goal of creating awareness for the company.

The 50’x50 booth space featured a large LED screen, cascading from the wall down onto the floor, that captivated audiences the second they walked into the booth.
