WTW at Risk World
The primary goal with creating this 40,000+ sq. ft. Hub was to make such a large space still feel welcoming and intimate. We had to establish an innovative and functional space for attendees with only a short amount of time to set up. We integrated a distinct space for WTW’s digital trading platform, Neuron, into the Hub while maintaining cohesion with the overall design. The Hub was a multifunctional space and needed to be conducive to hosting various types of onsite events.
The sheer size of the Hub itself is a testament to our ability to conceptualize and execute on a grand scale. This space included a total of 14 meeting rooms, a dozen reservable lounge spaces, a theater, and many other designated spaces. We used colored uplighting and floor standing LEDs to provide a wow-factor with lighting. Some additional highlights include larger-than-life graphics, a tapered hanging sign, dynamic screen takeovers, and overhead LED lighting.
